Where to Find: Amazon Prime

For those who have seen bridesmaids, with Kristian Wig and Maya Rudolph, the cover looks really similar. So thinking that this was a ripoff of that movie, I decided to watch this movie that I've never seen before. My first impressions to this movie is that it looks says, you have a different cast of girls that have a story...and thats half right.

The movie is about a former beauty queen to Arizona is tired of being disrespected and running her shell

of a rich mans wife and is told about a small gig of presenting and teaching women at a women's shelter in the bad part of Los Angeles. The first half of this movie is the girls getting to know each other by running around Hollywood at night and getting into some trouble. They try to force the whole getting to know each other angle by having the girls getting into mishaps an sharing dinner together and talking about how they relate through motherhood. The other half of the movie is Miss Arizona herself entering into an underground drag queen beauty competition so that they can get enough money to send one of the girls, a mother, to find her children.

This movie is almost a parody of itself. The acting in this movie isn't good, there are no well known actors in this movie, and the budget for making this wasn't that high, as clearly stated by the shaky cam and amature graphics. There are some movies that are shot like this that are tolerable and good. But those movies had directions and decent acting. This one does not.

Like most of the other movies that haven't been heard of, this one should stay amongst the rift raft of streaming trash.
